4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, ph999ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to players. ph999ph's decision in such matters is final.

9.2 ph999ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph999ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph999ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 Termination by You. You may close your ph999ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
10.2 Suspension or Termination by ph999ph. ph999ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ph999ph is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) ph999ph reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (d) you fail to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, ph999ph may void any pending withdrawals, forfeit bonus balances, and retain real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 10.1.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
